AJW Wet Leisure Consultants

Independent Hot Tub Help & Advice

We were the owners of The Hot Tub Outlet in Wigan for over 20 years, before taking our retirement in October 2023.

Being part of the wider wet leisure industry has been very good to us over those years, and now we’d like to give something back — both to the industry itself and to hot tub owners.

What We Do (and Don’t Do)

  • We don’t sell hot tubs anymore.
  • We don’t supply chemicals, parts, or accessories.
  • We don’t carry out servicing or repairs either.

What we do offer is:

  • Honest, independent advice
  • Guidance drawn from decades of hands-on experience
  • A non-profit service designed simply to help

How It Works

If your query is straightforward, there is no charge for our advice.

If the question is more complex and can’t be answered with a short email or a quick pointer, then we may agree on a small, negotiable cost in advance. Either way, we will always do our best to assist you.
